Job Description
As a Head of Customer Experience and Growth, you will work strategically with our current and prospective clients to drive mutual value creation and build enduring partnerships across the Legal, Life Insurance, CTP, and Workers Compensation / Self Insurance sectors.
We are seeking an exceptional leader to collaborate with industry leaders and key customer stakeholders, managing a team of Account Managers to ensure ongoing growth and excellent customer experience.
