- Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- The successful day to day operations of a high-volume retail store.
- Implementing and maintaining a high level of merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Stock management and inventory control.
- Daily coaching and development of your team, inspiring them to achieve goals.
- The driving of in store efficiencies to deliver budgeted targets.
- Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team.
