Base Salary : $60,000 + Super | OTE : $120,000

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager with about 1–2 years of sales experience who’s ready to take on a new challenge. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our clients’ campaigns— making calls , booking high-value meetings , and spotting partnership opportunities that can really boost their growth.

You’ll help guide prospects through the sales funnel, meet KPIs , and play a huge part in each client’s revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

Represent Multiple Brands : Get to know our clients inside and out, and speak in their voice when engaging with potential customers.
Drive Outreach : Make outbound calls, schedule qualified appointments , and keep prospects moving forward in the sales pipeline.
Foster Partnerships : Identify new channels and collaborations that can expand our clients’ reach.
Stay on Top of KPIs : Track daily or weekly progress, report results, and continually look for ways to improve.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 Years of Sales / BD Experience : You know the basics of selling, prospecting, and relationship-building.

A Positive, Can-Do Attitude : Enthusiasm and resilience go a long way in sales.

Great People Skills : Communicate clearly, adapt to different personalities, and build rapport quickly.

Emotional Intelligence : Gauge a situation, read between the lines, and respond thoughtfully.

Solution-Oriented Mindset : Look for ways to overcome challenges rather than dwelling on problems.

Team Player : Collaboration is key at Clarity—everyone supports each other to reach shared goals.
