Sales Consultant

Sarina Russo Job Access is one of Australia's leading employment services providers, and is also one of the largest Self Employment Assistance (SEA) providers across Australia, located in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales! We are one of the longest established providers having assisted in creating over 9000 business.

We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our team to engage with budding entrepreneurs and existing business owners to join the Self Employment Assistance program.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm working from our Brisbane CBD Office.

You will be required to make outbound calls (warm calls) to leads generated to potential participants of the SEA programs. check their eligibility and assist them to complete the initial registration forms. You will liaise with Employment providers and communicate when new training sessions are due to commence.

• Highly developed interpersonal skills in maintaining client relationships with an outgoing personality
• Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
• Proven and extensive phone-based customer service experience
• Strong computer and digital skills
• Previous Employment services experience preferred not essential
