An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design & Buying Office Coordinator to join Seed Heritage. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all requirements for the Seed Design & Buying Office.

  • THE ROLE
  • Extensive diary management
  • Budget management
  • Travel arrangements - both overseas and interstate
  • Documentation preparation
  • Maintenance of a tidy office
  • Meeting preparation
  • Expense claims and reconciliation
  • Facilitating smooth communication between the Creative Director and other Department Heads and their teams
  • In collaboration with Department Heads / HR, complete recruitment requests, new starter contracts, requests for contract amendments, recruitment needs and onboarding, new starter IT requirements, team member movements / succession etc
  • Organise office sample sales as required
  • Organise team events as required
  • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fashion industry experience but not essential
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, punctual, and reliable
  • Good presentation and a polite, friendly, and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
