Positions Available Full-time in Mount Isa Part-time in Cloncurry Benefits Attractive hourly rates, plus superannuation and 5 weeks annual leave Supportive, multidisciplinary team environment Opportunities for personal and professional growth Role Responsibilities Support older adults or individuals with disabilities to maintain independence and community connections Provide personal care, nutrition, hydration, and social activities in accordance with care plans Assist with domestic activities and monitor client progress Encourage social engagement and organize group activities Report health changes and liaise with families and team members Candidate Requirements Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Community Care, or Individual Support (preferred) Current or willing to obtain : Senior First Aid, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and a 'C' class Driver's License Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable populations Positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work independently or in teams Experience in remote settings and proficiency with Microsoft Office are advantageous Additional Information Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
