About You :
- Certificate in Administration or equivalent experience
Position Summary :
In this role you will be responsible for general administration duties, with analytical and creative components to the role.

Call people who have left a message and perform message taking dutiesGeneral administrationIncoming email and correspondence as requestedOutgoing email and correspondence as requestedAmenities suppliesData entryAccounts receivable (contact people whose invoices are overdue)Document and powerpoint creation when required for a particular internal or outreach initiativeMarketing material creation (batched social media posts and other materials required for particular outreach initiatives)Other ad-hoc activities as directed by the reporting managerJob Functions : Contact admin
