Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of You Are The Best Pty Ltd T / A Noodle Box Mango Hill Position : Retail Manager Salary : $75,000 – $80,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation Hours : 38 Mode : Full-time Location : Shop 6A / 1 / 21 Halpine Dr, Mango Hill QLD 4509 Experience required : Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in relevant roles Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Manage the daily operations of the retail establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Recruit, roster, train, and supervise store staff; conduct regular performance evaluations and manage staff development.
• Lead recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of retail staff to build a capable and motivated team
• Develop and implement store policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer trends, and financial data to inform decision-making and drive results.
• Manage the store’s financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally; ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. Qualifications :
• Tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Skills & Experience Required :
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a retail management role
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
• Strong skills in inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
• Excellent budgeting and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies, product promotion, and marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural retail environment
