About the CompanyTEN Recruitmentis excited to be recruiting anUnderground Project Geologistfor an ASX listed gold mining company that is rapidly expanding and committed to exploring and developing their valuable holdings.About The RoleWe are looking for experienced Underground Project Geologists to join the team. As an Underground Project Geologist, you will have the following responsibilities :
Coordinate daily geological activities for the mining operation, with a focus on grade control.Supervise ore zone mining, maximizing recovery while minimizing dilution.Manage and oversee grade control drilling programs.Perform 3D interpretation of data and develop grade control models for mine planning according to the mine schedule.Maintain and implement QA / QC procedures for data collection, sampling, sample preparation, and production data.Ensure high-quality technical reporting through the compilation of daily grade reports, weekly and monthly production reports, tracking production against targets, and providing inputs essential for monthly production and reconciliation processes.Liaise with Mine Production personnel and drilling contractors to coordinate underground drilling activities.Provide technical and management support to the site management team.Contribute to short and long-term planning as required.Mentor and train Mine Geologists and Geological Assistants.About YouWe are looking for individuals who are driven to make a difference, love to challenge themselves and others to excel, and approach problem-solving with intent. To be considered for the role, you should possess the following qualifications :
