The Opportunity

As the centres second Early Childhood Teacher – Room Lead in the Pre Kindy , you will :

Lead a team of educators, mentoring their growth and ensuring exceptional care for every child. Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care. Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed the Guardian Curriculum. Champion your Centre as a beacon of Guardian's values : brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional. Implement visible educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration from families, children, and educators. Maintain children's learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment. Join Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills, drive change, and shape decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor in Early Childhood (or equivalent approved by ACECQA) Prior experience in an ECT role Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQS) Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)

The Centre

Located on the northern side of the Brisbane River, Guardian Childcare & Education Bellbowrie is a purpose-built centre supporting children aged six weeks to six years to be bold, curious, and creative in their learning.
