Key Role Details :

7 weeks of comprehensive classroom and hands on trainingCommencement dates : 24th Feb, 3rd March and 24th March 2025$27.77 p / h + SuperPermanent full-time roles availablePermanent part time roles also available (30 hours min. per week after full time training)Up to $480 a month based on performance incentivesMonday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 6pm. No weekends!Central Robina, right next door to Robina Town CentreFree parking available

Role Duties :

You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time.

Who are you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!

Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of ageEager to work towards goals and targetsConfident and capable in using computers and systemsPassionate about customer serviceKeen to learn new skills and refine existing ones tooExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
