We are looking for experienced, values-driven leaders to support and guide our Christmas Experience teams across multiple locations.

The offer :

As a Multi-Site Activation Leader in the Adelaide Region, you play a pivotal role in making our vision of creating magical Santa experiences come to life — not just in one location, but across a region.

You will mentor leaders, solve problems, ensure consistency, and bring our company values to life in every interaction — with customers, team members, and shopping centre partners on a seasonal contract from August through to December, throughout the Christmas campaign period.

In a creative, high-energy environment where your contribution is recognised – and where fun and purpose go hand in hand – you will be supported to lead with a people-first mindset, helping us create lasting magical memories for every Santa visitor.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and support a group ofChristmas Experience Leadsand their on-set teams
• Ensure each location is delivering an exceptional, high-quality Santa experience
• Coach and develop team leaders to manage people, performance, and set operations
• Overseephotography standards, retail presentation, and sales performance
• Be the go-to for operational support, escalations, and Centre relationship management
• Monitor staffing, rosters, compliance, and performance targets across your region
• Live and lead by our values — and help others do the same
