How You Can Play a Part The Brisbane Broncos are currently seeking a First Nations Program Lead working across the Metro North region.

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Student Support Officers and oversee Mentoring Programs and stakeholder engagement by :

Leading and managing a high performing team – fostering a productive environment, maintaining clear communication, achieving KPIs, etc. Taking accountability for program delivery within your region Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders Monitoring and maintaining compliance Measuring and reporting on program outcomes Identifying risks and opportunities within programs Assisting with the preparation and delivery of proposals and presentations Performing various ad hoc tasks as required A full role profile can be found at broncos.com.au / careers.

To be considered Applicants should have :

Previous leadership experience with a proven track record of leading a high performing team Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand demands from diverse demographics Experience in program coordination, report writing, and delivery Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle conflicting priorities An understanding of issues impacting First Nations communities Note : All applicants must hold a current Driver's License, Blue Card, and / or WWCC.
