Job Description
Design and deliver training programs for technology and CRM (Salesforce) initiatives
Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning plans
Create engaging content : e-learning modules, guides, workshops, and simulations
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across diverse user groups
Collaborate with change, delivery, and tech teams to align training with project goals
Support user adoption through coaching, job shadowing, and post-go-live refreshers
Maintain and update knowledge management content for new systems and processes
Track training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback
The Successful Applicant
Strong background in L&D or training delivery within tech or digital environments
Skilled in instructional design and creating blended learning solutions
Experience supporting CRM or system implementations (Salesforce ideal)
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player
Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical content
Holds or is working towards Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)
Passionate about driving change and improving user adoption through learning
