Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper with a focus on bookkeeping to support our international clients via virtual collaboration. This role is ideal for individuals with practical accounting experience from a Top 10 firm or similar accounting background, who have a solid foundation in day-to-day accounting operations and are looking to grow in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Role : As a bookkeeper, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with essential financial processes. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic financial reports, handling reconciliations, and assisting in month-end closing activities. You'll work closely with senior accountants and international clients to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities : Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) Perform bank, accounts payable, and receivable reconciliations Assist with monthly closing and generation of basic management reports Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journals, and supporting schedules Maintain and organize client files and accounting documentation Liaise with clients to clarify transaction details or missing documents Support senior accountants with ad-hoc reporting or compliance requirements Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all client dealings What are we looking for? 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role Experience working in a Top 10 accounting firm is a strong advantage Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (professional certification not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills (spoken and written English) Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines Our office is located near KL City Centre and is easily accessible by public transport If you are interested in joining an international dynamic firm, that has a culture where the leadership emphasizes trust and nurtures their staff growth, apply now.
