Are you an experienced Client Service Officer looking for a fresh new opportunity?

Join a boutique financial planning firm located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane with an experienced team that ensure their client's financial service needs are being completely managed to give them peace of mind. You will join a dynamic team working collaboratively to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Our client are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer who's ready to step up and make a real impact in the role. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in an advisor support role, eager to take on more responsibilities in a client-focused capacity.You will have the support of a team that bring a high level of technical expertise to the role, working collaboratively to ensure best outcomes for clients. With a range of clients and duties undertaken in your role, this role will continuously develop your skills and keep you engaged.

Duties and responsibilities include : Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the contact point for new and existing clientsProvide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration dutiesFacilitation of client advice implementation and ensure appropriate processing, proactively following up on applications and documentationManage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation fundsFollow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail

We are looking for someone with : 2+ years' experience as a Client Service Office supporting Financial PlannersClient focused with aims to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clientsOutstanding organisation, communication and interpersonal skillsA desire to learn with a growth mindset towards their developmentA self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a tight-knit teamStrong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
