  • Southwest Sydney - Circa $125k + super + bonus
  • 12 mth contract +, hybrid, modern office, onsite parking

Located in Sydney's Southwest, this professional services organisation is known for its quality products and services, and its focus on customer satisfaction. A global business with over 50 years in the market, they have a need for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a 12-month + contract.

  • The Position
  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company by working closely with the HR team and hiring managers, to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

  • This position will manage the full recruitment cycle across all roles from receipt of approved requisition through to offer, setting the recruitment strategy for end-to-end results including;
  • Developing strong relationships with senior management to forecast recruitment needs
  • Developing and delivering of overarching recruitment strategy utilising a multi-channel approach to talent search
  • Providing consultation to key hiring managers and implementing innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies
  • Implementing an internet and social media strategy campaign to ensure the business is appropriately positioned in the market
  • Reporting of recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting programs and talent hired
  • Development and regular production of recruitment dashboards to measure key recruitment and talent KPI metrics
  • Extensive recruitment experience within agency and corporate environment. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Highly advantageous is a a background recruiting within professional and / or financial services or IT industry.
  • Talent mapping experience using targeted searches such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external networks
  • Strong business acumen with a commercial / pragmatic approach
  • High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to balance recruitment activities whilst maintaining a strong adherence to compliance requirements
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across a large, diverse and matrixed organisation
