Empowered Community Health and Wellbeing is a dedicated allied health and Disability service located in Adelaide, South Australia. We are based Mawson Lakes SA 5095 and provide support across the northern, eastern and western suburbs of Adelaide.

We work with individuals to improving the quality of their life through equipping them with the tools to participate in their everyday life activities with confidence.

We work with individuals remove and reduce barriers and challenges across their life span.

We work with individuals to establish and maintain healthy and successful relationships, and to understand and exercise their freedom and right to autonomy to encourage engagement across all areas of their lives.

  • Key Selection Criteria
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.

    Previous experience in mentoring or support work.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

    Commitment to ongoing professional development.

    A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

    Understanding and commitment to the principles of client-centered care.

    Remuneration :

    This position falls under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry (SCHADS) Award, at Level 1 Pay Point 1 - Starting. The salary and conditions will be in accordance with this award.
