Key Responsibilities :

Establishing a new UX capability within our company
Leading a team of UX designers and researchers to deliver high-quality design solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into product development processes
Conducting user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviours
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to support product development
Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and services
Championing the importance of UX within the company and driving a user-centric culture
Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications :

Experience leading UX capabilities within similar organisations

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Proven experience in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma

Experience with design systems and style guides

A passion for user-centred design and a strong understanding of design principles

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
