  • Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?
  • As Stratton's Data Analyst, you will be reporting directly to our CTO and collaboration with key stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for managing adhoc and ongoing reporting request, extracting data from existing sources to then visualise them into reports for analysis. In this role you will work closely with the Data Platform Manager and broader Technology team in delivering an upcoming data warehouse initiative. Additional responsibilities include :

  • Analysing of historical information and conversion data to provide business reporting
  • Consultation with key business stakeholders to determine key data and reporting requirements to design and deliver Tableau reports and dashboards
  • Assisting the team in transitioning our data into the new cloud-based data warehouse
  • Data quality and data set assessment including providing proactive ways to improve data quality and management
  • Other reporting analysis and configuration of Tableau or SSRS servers as required.
  • To be successful in the role, you will have
  • Prior Experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
  • Extensive experience in data assessment, reporting and data analysis
  • Strong business acumen, ability to understand business problems, hypothesis formation, feature engineering & predictive modelling
  • Technically proficient in Tableau and SSRS, experienced with Google Analytics
  • Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.
