Senior Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, with a focus on customer service and end-user satisfaction,to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role :

Experience :

• 10+ years of experience in the design, implementation and management of infrastructure solutions based on the following technologies : Traditional Microsoft Server Stack with a focus on Active Directory and Microsoft ExchangeHypervisor and virtual desktop technologies such as VMware and Hyper-VStorage Area Networks (SANs) utilizing the iSCSI and Fibre Channel (FC) storage fabricsBackup and disaster recovery technologies such as Veeam and Azure Site Recovery
• Lead or assist in the implementation of solutions for MSP's clients.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues, and work with key technology partners to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the market.
• Experience with the traditional Microsoft stack and Microsoft Azure, as well as experience with virtual desktop technologies, storage and backup and disaster recovery technologies.

Desired Skills :

• Previous experience working in a consulting role
• Relevant industry certifications (MCSE, VMware VCP)
• ITIL or equivalent certification
