Full Time Cafe Manager

at least 3 years experience as a Cafe Manager and overall 5+ years experience as a Barista

Overseas experience is preferred.

Should be able to speak English moderately

• Able to lead the team of 15 including cook, kitchen hand, baristas, and other waitstaff.
• Head down and bum up attitude in peak service times and able to consistently deliver
• Organised and able to ensure quality and consistency
• Have a good positive attitude towards your work and career
• Provide a friendly workmanship, gain the respect of your team
• Knowledge about new market trends
• Able to work in a collaborative and creative environment.
• Costing of the food and beverages, according to the local supplier prices
