    We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team to develop and implement sourcing and employer branding strategies to support WEM Civil recruit talented employees. Based in Norwest Business Park (Bella Vista) and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will forecast hiring needs, identify and attract potential hires across various channels, and support our hiring managers with selecting new talent. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring a seamless recruitment process while upholding WEM Civil's values and standards.

    • In this position, you'll be
    • Working closely with senior management to forecast hiring needs for WEM Civil's blue collar and white collar requirements.
    • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and maintaining collaborative working relationships.
    • Manage WEM Civil's Scholarship Programs, Graduate Programs and Apprenticeship Programs.
    • Guiding hiring managers on effective interview techniques and assessment methods.
    • Managing the pre-employment checking and offer process.
    • Managing WEM Civil's employee referral program.
    • Preparing recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and process improvements.
    • Staying up to date on industry trends, best practices and innovative recruitment techniques.
    • We are looking for someone who has
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition with both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
    • High level of organisational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professionalism.
    • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
    • Results-orientated with a sense of urgency to meet hiring goals.
    • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
