Beyond Bank view positive and constructive relationships with all regulatory bodies as a key strategic objective. To this end, regulatory reporting is considered an enabler in the development of a positive, open and transparent relationship with regulators through the provision of high quality and reliable information on a timely basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Enablement, the Manager Regulatory Reporting will develop and oversee the production and delivery of regulatory reports. The role will review and approve a variety of systems and statistical reports from both internal and external sources as prepared by the Reporting analysts and communicate this information to a broad range of stakeholders as required.

The role is responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring quality, consistency and timely reporting on all matters that relate to third parties with particular focus on maintaining credibility with Regulatory Bodies. The Manager Regulatory Reporting will be required to foster positive relationships across the business and partner with other areas of the business to deliver quality outcomes.

In conjunction with reporting already produced, the role will identify, source and deliver information to proactively provide trends and performance forecasting data. The Manager Regulatory Reporting also administers the RegTech solution and provides strategic insight into reporting requirements to ensure BBA is considered best of class.

The Manager Regulatory Reporting will manage the effective single repository for all third-party reporting and manage / facilitate all regulatory reporting from statistical returns to attestations. This role provides leadership to a team of Business Analysts guiding them in the production and delivery of quality information to meet the Bank's regulatory reporting obligations.

• Skills and Experiences
• You will need
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting
• Experience and demonstrates a good understanding of regulatory standards
• Superior knowledge of external reporting requirements, particularly APRA's Prudential Standards, Guidance Notes and Reporting Standards
• Ability to think strategically towards the changing regulatory environment and forecast data
