The change manager is required to collaborate with staff across all levels, and some consultation with external stakeholders. The change manager will build capacity across the executive and deliver on a change management plan by drawing on expertise in best practice change management methodologies. The change manager will drive adoption, business process improvement, benefits realisation and sustained business outcomes through effective stakeholder management.
- Key responsibilities include
- Effectively engage and manage stakeholders to ensure the system implementation is well communicated and achieve maximum adoption.
- Assist the Director to identify, plan and prepare training materials and deliver appropriate. Training to meet user group needs and ensure the change is adopted and embedded into BAU processes.
- Work closely with the Director to identify, engage and support the stakeholder groups impacted by the CRM implementation.
- Provide high level input, advice and quality control on Change Management deliverables; including documentation, training materials, and communication across a variety of channels.
- Ensure Change Management functions are undertaken to a professional standard and in accordance with Prosci / ADKAR organisational Change Management principles.
- Develop and implement Change Management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the CRM.
- All other tasks as directed by the Director related to delivering and supporting the CRM implementation.
