You must be prepared to work with and around meat in a fast-paced and cool manufacturing / production environment. You will enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team of food professionals including chefs, cooks and butchers.
You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of physical fitness and stamina which will enable you to stand for long periods and perform manual handling, bending and lifting / moving of items from 16-55kg in line with Australian Work Safe standards. Efficiently and proficiency in written and verbal English is required. Strong interpersonal and team skills are also essential.
Previous experience in a food production facility is desired but not essential.
