Job descriptionImproving the culture of quality throughout the business Ensuring safe and correct work practices at all times Ensuring safe equipment and plant is provided and maintained Increasing site productivity through the implementation of WHS and QA procedures Engaging with personnel across all levels of the business to prioritise GMS activities Maintaining and improving Project Web, Aconex and site documentation control Assisting Project Managers to plan for quality, safety and environmental outcomes on Assisting with the implementation of Procore on all projects Ensuring efficient site material handling and logistics Assisting the WHS Manager in ensuring Subcontractors are compliant in the companies Rapid Induct System Streamlining work processes and increasing productivity Conducting incident investigations and assisting with Return to Work processes Preparing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and assist others in creating SWMS What you require Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Construction, Building or Building Services Industry Certification and / or training in all relevant WHS Safety and award Courses and Return To Work Training whilst not essential, would be desirable The company The culture and the rewards You must be an Australian citizen and have local experience to be eligible for this position.

- The Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the WH&S Manager, you will maintain, co-ordinate and provide support for the Queensland region of a strong national company of 900 employees. This will involve :
projects
