The Role : Manage a tailored portfolio of 35 buildingsPrompt follow up & resolution of inquiries & complaintsLiaising with Owners Corporation when requiredPrepare agendas and minutes for meetingsIssuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolutionChair AGM meetingsRequirements : 5+ years previous experience as a Strata ManagerMust hold a Class 2 or Class 1 license in Strata ManagementGreat written and verbal CommunicationStrong attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskIn Return : Strong career progressionCompetitive salary on offer + schedule B'sFlexibility & Work-Life Balance
