Services & Administration Coordinator Rostering

• Responsibilities
• Efficiently roster direct care staff using iCare.
• Provide timely customer service to stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver and monitor training for direct care staff.
• Maintain accurate records / documentation.
• Facilitate safe work practices and adhere to policy and procedures.
• Provide guidance, supervision and support to direct care staff monitoring performance and feedback, work safety, documentation, communication and organisation.
• Act as a central point of contact for community services clients and staff.
• Prepare reports, documents and data as directed by the Manager.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in rostering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in administration or a similar role.
• Tertiary Qualification in Community Services, Health or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in aged care or disability sector administration and rostering.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Previous experience using icare is essential but not limited to
• Well developed computer skills and ability to work with CRM Systems.
• Knowledge of WHS regulations, policies and procedures.
• Role-specific prerequisites
• Ability to speak Greek is highly desirable
• Fully vaccinated as per applicable Federal and State government requirements for employees working in Health & Aged Care industry.
