Accounts Administrator

• Role

We are seeking 2 full-time Accounts Administrators to join our vibrant Fortitude Valley-based Package Management Team on a 3-month contract basis. Reporting to the Package Manager, this role is responsible for day-to-day accounts receivable functions, stakeholder liaison, and administrative support as required.

• Duties
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders via phone, regarding billing and ordering, etc.
• Perform day-to-day accounts receivable functions, ensuring all invoices are paid on time
• Ensure effective and efficient Home Care Package claims management
• Keep well-organised files and records of business activity utilising the systems provided, ensuring databases are up-to-date
• Other administrative tasks, activities, and support as required by on-site and / or off-shore teams
• Professional Skills
• Service-orientated with strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
• Experience with Zoho CRM (desired but not essential)
• Experience with Xero (desired but not essential)

• A fast learner, with a desire to grow and develop your skills on-the-job
• Well-organised, able to prioritise, and meet competing deadlines
• Analytical, attention to detail, able to problem solve and make decisions
• Mandatory Requirements
• Current Federal Police Clearance (not more than 12-month-old) and international Police Check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years.
• Evidence of Australian work rights (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc).
