Job descriptionSome of the accountabilities includeAssist Internal Audit, Queensland Police Service and the Crime and Misconduct Commission with audits and the investigation of suspected identity crimes and where necessary represent the department in resultant court hearings. Provide sound advice to support informed decision making on a range of customer identity policies, legislation, business processes and systems. Conduct research, analyse data, issues and trends, evaluate options and contribute to the development of customer identity policy solutions consistent with TMR strategic directions. Plan and organise work schedules to meet deadlines, adapting to changes as required. Communicate and liaise with a range of stakeholders, providing advice clearly and accurately, and dealing capably with challenging situations. Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, submissions and other correspondence. Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients. Take personal responsibility to deliver on agreed outcomes, model high standards of professionalism and ethical behaviour; contribute actively to corporate and divisional goals, demonstrate self awareness and a commitment to personal development.
