  • We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the

    • 3D Health
    • team as an
    • Access Assistant Manager,
    • where you will be responsible for :
    • Providing effective day to day management of Unlicensed Health Care Workers (ULHCW) / Health Support Officers to support clients who have complex health needs within their educational setting.
    • Coordinating the day-to-day services by rostering staff; coordinating training and works in partnership with health professionals, educational representatives to support students, parents and primary caregiver.
    • Playing a pivotal role communicating with families and both government and non-government sites.
    • Leading a region and is accountable for quality and risk management; maintaining regional partnerships and ensuring WCHN key performance indicators and service delivery goals are met.
    • About You
    • To be successful in this role, you will have :

    • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to foster professional working relationships both internally and externally
    • Ability to persuade and negotiate to ensure positive outcomes
    • In managing a multidisciplinary team and the ability to maximise individual and team
    • Performance in a changing environment
    • Proven record of success in providing quality customer services to staff and stakeholders to achieve client satisfaction
    • Ability to work independently without supervision and to plan activities and set priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
