- Client Services (including consular and passports)
- Crisis Management and Contingency Planning
- Fraud, Corruption and Enterprise Integrity
- Governance and Enterprise Risk
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Media and Strategic Communications
- Procurement and Contract Management
- Property and Facilities Management
- Protocol and Executive Services
