Our client is a purpose-driven healthcare organisation pioneering a new approach to telehealth. Their mission is to make high-quality clinical care more accessible by supporting patients to take a proactive approach to their health and well-being.

They are currently seeking AHPRA-registered medical practitioners and nurse practitioners to join their virtual team and deliver thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing consultations across a range of preventative health and lifestyle needs.

In the early stages of this model, a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week is required to ensure consistency in patient care.

What You'll DoConduct remote video consultations to assess the suitability of prescribed treatments for patients seeking proactive health support.Carefully review patient history, lifestyle context, risk factors, and red flags prior to prescribing.Provide clear, compassionate education on treatment options, including risks, benefits, and lifestyle considerations.Document all consultations accurately in a secure EMR platform, including informed consent and treatment rationale.Work within all relevant regulatory frameworks (AHPRA, TGA Schedule 4), upholding strict ethical and clinical standards.Liaise with a supportive clinical governance team for second opinions or escalation as needed.About YouAHPRA-registered medical practitioner or nurse practitioner with full, unrestricted registration.Comfortable working in a telehealth setting with strong digital and clinical documentation skills.Experienced in prescribing with a safety-first, evidence-based approach.A confident and empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly in virtual settings.Highly professional with a strong sense of accountability, compliance, and patient advocacy.Aligned with a values-based model of care focused on prevention, sustainability, and long-term outcomes.Why This Role?Work remotely with full flexibility and no commute.Contractor model with a minimum 16-hour weekly commitment.Join a clinical, quality-driven service model focused on long-term health.Consults designed for care, giving you the time to do your best work.If you're a doctor or nurse practitioner looking to make an impact through modern, flexible healthcare — while staying grounded in ethical practice, we'd love to hear from you.
