Super exciting offer : Sign on Bonus of $8,000 for FT roles (38 hours) and $5000 for PT roles (24 hours +) to Join IRT in the Eurobodalla regionHourly base rate between $42.68 - $54.51 per hour + 11.5% superannuation, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.Location : IRT Dalmeny on the NSW South Coast.

We have Full time roles open with range of shifts available across mornings, afternoons and nights, 7-days.

Your work may include : Providing clinical care Managing and supervising care workers Undertaking client assessments Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans Providing treatment as required To Be Successful You Will Have Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A big heart – you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment Benefits for You Competitive pay and more cash in your pocket (less tax) with not-for-profit salary packaging Flexible working conditions Birthday leave - relax and take a day off on us!
