Reporting to the State Manager, the Corporate Services Manager performs a broad range of strategic, operational, and administrative functions. The role is central for coordinating and managing a variety of functions such as learning and development, recruitment, finance and budget management, property and fleet management, business continuity and emergency management and providing secretariat and administrative support to the State Manager.
The role works closely with the senior leadership group, working strategically on workforce planning, financial management and corporate governance. You will lead project-based activities and coordinate local events that contribute to an inclusive workplace and positive culture.
To be successful in the role, you should be highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of productivity, resourcefulness, initiative, flexibility and be confident working with both Executive level staff and Delivery and Engagement officers. Key to the success of the role is the ability to collaborate effectively with all peers and stakeholders to deliver results. This can be a fast paced and dynamic role requiring you to be organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality work.
Some travel including overnight trips may be required.
