About Tetra Tech

Tetra Tech is a global leader in consulting and engineering services, focused on water, environment, sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy and international development. In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and driving process improvements to support our growth and operational efficiency in the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role

Here's what you'll be responsible for :

  • Year-end and month-end close process including P&L review, Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Year-end external audit and annual financial statement preparation
  • Maintaining fixed asset register, including depreciation and lease amortisation under AASB 16
  • Intercompany transactions, reconciliations and settlements
  • Cashflow management, reporting and forecasting
  • Assisting with banking oversight and approvals
  • Providing guidance and support to other finance team members
  • Liaising with auditors for Australia, New Zealand and US year end audits
  • Ad-hoc projects

    • About You

    To thrive in the role, you'll need :

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • 5+ years' financial accounting experience (large organisation and audit background advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards
  • Track record of automating financial processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently to solve challenges
