Our esteemed client, a leading global mining group at the forefront of innovation and sustainability, is seeking an Agile Organisational Design Change Manager to join their Information, Security & team for a 9-month contract role. As part of this role, you will be at the helm of a multi-year ICT transformational program and operational model redesign project, influencing the future of their organization.

  • About the Role

As an Agile Organisational Design Manager, you will be a key driver of the organization's transformation journey. Leveraging your expertise in Agile methodology, change management, and stakeholder engagement, you will steer the establishment of Agile structures across multiple teams within the Information, Systems and Technology function. Your experience in large-scale business transformation, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives, will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of Agile principles across the organization.

  • Experience Required
  • Proven experience in Agile Organisation Design and Change Management within the context of large-scale business transformations.
  • Strong track record of setting up and fostering collaboration through Tribes, Chapters and Centres of Excellence.
  • Previous engagement in successful Agile transformations, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Preferred consulting experience with the ability to provide strategic insights and tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working closely with C-suite executives.
  • Beneficial experience in the mining industry, providing insights into the unique operational landscape.
  • IT knowledge and familiarity with integrating technology into Agile practices.
