This role will ideally suit those who have demonstrated many years of experience within Sports Medicine / Orthopaedics sales and demonstrated leadership experience in your current role. Those from a Sports Medicine or Orthopaedic background would be of high priority for this role.

About the Role

With a key focus on enabling the successful execution and implementation of Arthrex's commercial strategy for Australia and localising it for your market, surgeon customer groups and direct reports. You will build and manage a successful sales team to achieve annual sales targets across Arthrex's product portfolio. Your ability to prioritise the dual responsiblities of leadership as well as maintaining a surgeon customer group of your own will be key to ongoing sustained success.
