Your New Role

As a Site Manager, you will oversee industrial and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing site safety, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that projects run smoothly and on budget. With projects valued up to $30 million, you will be involved in both the day-to-day and strategic aspects of construction management. This is a Monday to Friday position, providing a great work-life balance with no weekends or night shifts.

What You Will Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager in the industrial and / or commercial construction sectorQBCC Site Supervisors License - Medium minimumStrong understanding of construction methodology, WHS regulations, and subcontractor coordinationAbility to manage site operations, timelines, and budgets with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively on-sitePrevious experience managing medium to large-scale projects, ideally up to $30 millionA trade background or relevant construction qualifications would be advantageousExperience working with complex, multi-faceted projects would be a plusUnderstanding of Jobpac / Procore / Hammertech a plusWhat You'll Get in Return Competitive salary packageMonday to Friday scheduleWork on projects for recognised brands and commercial clientsSupportive team environment with experienced professionalsStability and ongoing work across varied projectsWhat to do Next
