Role Description :

As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities, community participation, and personal development. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing support with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Assisting clients in participating in recreational and social activities.
• Supporting clients in building essential life skills and achieving personal goals.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and activities.
• Requirements

Previous experience in disability support work is preferred but not essential; we value a compassionate and caring attitude above all else.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their families.

Flexibility to work on a roster, including weekends and evenings.

A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

National Police Check clearance.
