Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport and we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Process Improvement Analyst in the Customer Delivery and Transformation team, you will support projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth, transformation, and business improvement across Network Aviation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business constraints and identify opportunities, collaborating to optimize processes, policies, and systems. Your insights will help shape solutions that align with the organization's goals and strategic direction. You will develop reporting to support transformation initiatives, conduct ongoing business reviews, and focus on developing customer and operational metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

You'll Have Minimum 2 years' experience in a business analyst or similar role, with demonstrated strengths in communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solvingProven ability to drive continuous improvement and change initiativesSkill in turning business strategies into actionable plansClear, effective communication across technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated experience in data analysis and reportingPower BI skills highly regardedExperience in complex, large-scale operational environmentsA collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated success supporting cross-functional improvement projectsWhy the Qantas Group?
