Trust Specialist

Exciting opportunity to join TPT Wealths Trustee Services team as a Trust Specialist.

TPT Wealth is a major provider of financial products and services including Wills Estates and Trustee Services Managed Investments and Commercial Lending. Established as a Trustee Company in 1887 TPT is a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Ltd.

The role based in Hobart or Launceston Tasmania is responsible for the management of deceased estates trusts powers of attorney and financial administration appointments.

Responsibilities for this role include :

• Manage a book of Estate Trust Power of Attorney and Personal Injury customers in accordance with the legislative and regulatory framework governing a private trustee company.
• Provide proactive and highquality customer service and support with a positive empathetic attitude and a solutionfocussed approach.
• Manage workload and service milestones in order to achieve timely and quality outcomes for clients and satisfy Key Performance Indicators
• Identify opportunities to improve the way we do things and deliver better customer outcomes.
