The Opportunity

The Assessment Specialist will be a key member of the Clinical and Quality Operations Support team, focusing on accreditation, assessment readiness, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal accreditation preparedness reviews and other audits to ensure compliance.
• Ensure robust remediation frameworks for high-risk and non-compliant services.
• Support assessment visits and maintain systems for assessment readiness.
• Provide advice, training, and education to staff on compliance matters.
• Stay updated on accreditation trends and ensure best practices.
