• Responsibilities
• Collections of all outstanding Enterprise / Government / Wholesale debtors
• Completion of credit checks and recommend appropriate security, as required
• Routinely assess risk exposure and provide recommendations
• The reconciliation of debtors' ledger, as required
• Demonstrate effective customer relationship management
• Update and maintain debtors' ledgers, as required
• Skills
• Credit & Fraud assessing experience
• Industry knowledge
• Credit Scoring
• Ability to analyse information and determine relevant risk
• Effective and reliable dispute resolution skills
• Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with sales and active debtors
