The purpose of this role is to maintain integrity and quality across all product information (data and product content) to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent content is available for all business purposes and across all owned and shared channels. This role is also responsible for assisting with the effective governance required in support of the Strategic Pillar 'Win the Plumber, which will be done through category range management of the associated collections and SKUs. With an aptitude for both the technical aspects of the category area and how these align with associated target customer needs, this role is key in supporting the delivery of great customer experiences in the execution of valued product solutions. A key attribute for this role is to be comfortable working across the various key stakeholder groups in delivering to our strategic promise.
Some of your key accountabilities will include (but not be limited to)
- Reviewing, informing, and executing activities as relevant in the 'Win the Plumber' workstream.
- Supporting and helping to establish and govern data governance implementation roadmaps including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities
- Support for roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensuring clear accountability for stewardship of the company's principal information assets
- Acting as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and Technology, to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning
- Facilitating the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the business
- In conjunction with the IT, providing progress reports to workstreams and overseeing periodic updates to the Strategic Roadmap
- About you
You will also have
- Demonstrated experience in an ABM or Product Manager role.. We will strongly consider property, construction, or other sector brand / product / category manager experience.
- Experience with consumer-facing brands and working with brand teams.
- Supported development of strategic product innovation and supporting data enrichment
- Experience with goal setting and forecasting; and collection and analysis of data for campaign, financial and performance reporting.
