This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About The RoleYou will contribute to the day-to-day management of the Portfolio Services unit and be a highly organised individual who can work across boundaries, multiple initiatives and influence others to deliver clear, creative and future-focused advice in a dynamic environment.The role requires you to investigate and analyse issues, lead and influence others, use your ability to communicate complex concepts and make informed customer-led recommendations to senior and executive management while navigating workflows and priorities across many of our teams and projects.As The Principal Program Officer, You WillProvide strategic advice in the delivery of key milestones and analysis about various systems, policy, projects and legislation relating to infrastructure services programs.Analyse organisational performance data to report on the extent to which the program goals are being achieved, and identify emerging trends and their likely impact on organisational performance.What We're Looking For In Our Principal Program OfficerStrong organisational skillsFlexibility to work across a number of priorities and projectsExceptional writer and communicatorExcellent attention to detail and coordination skillsGreat at stakeholder engagement and negotiationInnovative and collaborativeBusiness / operational planningKnowledge / understanding of infrastructure related services or previous government experience is beneficialMore About UsYou will work for an organisation that values its people and promotes leadership and innovation.
