This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Melbourne.
- Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Student Services team across both Melbourne and Adelaide Campuses
- Assisting students with their program choices, career counselling and ensuring a smooth study journey
- Respond to relevant queries from senior management, marketing and academic staff as required
- Communicate with the finance department regarding any payments received at the campus, and ensure communication regarding any changes are passed on to finance in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with the tertiary sector, relevant faculties and administrative units of the University of Adelaide with regard to the transition of Foundation, Degree Transfer and Pre Master's programs students to the University of Adelaide Award programs
- Inform all Under 18 students on arrival - College policies and procedures in place for under age students
- Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Education system (essential)
- IT literate (word, excel, outlook) (essential)
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
- Ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficient in multi-tasking

- Ability to work under pressure
