The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and hands-on Team Leaders to support and guide our teams in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the delivery of fresh, high-quality produce to Australian families.

We're looking for proactive leaders with strong communication skills, a focus on safety, and a passion for continuous improvement within a production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the team to ensure customer orders are packed accurately and on timeSet up packing lines and manage staff allocation to maximise productivityMonitor and maintain quality standards across all packing activitiesComplete and maintain daily production documentationSupervise, mentor, and train team members to build a high-performing production teamEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and WHS requirementsMonitor production equipment and overall line efficiency

What We Are Looking For

Experience working in a production or food processing environment (Desirable but not essential)Proven people management and team leadership experienceHands-on experience with packing lines and related equipmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to make timely, effective decisionsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practicesAbility to mentor and train staff in a fast-paced settingA proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency
