Certificate III, Diploma, or WT Diploma EducatorsExperienced in leading a room within an early childhood education and care serviceConfident with the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and exceeding practicesA strong communicator who fosters professional, respectful relationshipsOrganised, proactive, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for children, families, educators and the communityYour Role Will Include : As an educator at JLF Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality learning environment that supports every child's development and well-being. Your responsibilities will include

Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), focusing on exceeding National Quality Standards.Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues through open, honest, and supportive communication.Mentoring and guiding educators, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities to enhance team capability and morale.Maintaining compliance and quality standards, including documentation, planning cycles, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.Collaborating with leadership and the central support team to drive centre goals, continuous improvement, and community engagement.Ready to take the next step?
